Through selecting Flower lane & co flowers of any type, you are putting your full trust in us to use our best judgement, to create a beautiful and appropriate arrangement of a similar style to the product image of the product you've selected. As flowers are a product of nature and always changing, what you see in the photographs is just an example to indicate colours/general style and your arrangement will never be identical to the product images. We reserve the right to substitute a product of equivalent value and quality without notice.
All Products on this website are available to the Sydney postcodes listed only, or available for collection free of charge.

Before placing your order, please ensure that you have included full name and address details of the intended recipient. We cannot accept responsibility for items not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information provided.
Prices include GST @ 10%
We deliver every day between 9am and 2pm Monday to Friday. We do not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays, unless for Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day.
All same day deliveries must be ordered before 12pm. Order received after 12pm will be delivered on the next available day. We do not offer specific delivery timeslots. If you need your delivery for a specific time, please contact us. There may be an additional charge for this service.
By using our delivery service, you agree to let our drivers use their best professional judgment as to whether or not the flowers can be safely left at the delivery address should no one be there to receive them. We can hold no liability for the flowers from this point on.
In case of delivery to certain locations where a third party is involved, such as offices, hospitals, airports, hotels etc, the signature of any person authorised to accept delivery on behalf of the organisation shall be accepted as proof of delivery to your chosen recipient.
Please note that we are only responsible for delivering to the address provided. We regret that where goods have been correctly delivered we cannot accept responsibility if the intended recipient has moved, or lives elsewhere, or refuses item.
If a delivery has been attempted unsuccessfully and requires a second or subsequent delivery to be made (e.g. You have provided us with an incorrect address or no one is home during delivery time and there is no safe place to leave the order.) The recipient is welcome to collect the flowers from our studio (free of charge) or we can re-deliver the flowers for you with a delivery fee. If Flower Lane & Co is in any way responsible for the redelivery, this redelivery fee will not apply.
CLICK AND COLLECT
All Click and Collect orders must be placed by 12pm (Monday - Friday) for same day collection. Please allow 1 hour from the time of ordering for the goods to be made available. The Click and Collect service is available Monday to Friday. The collection point is Flower Lane & Co - Shop 1, 574 Botany Road, Alexandria, NSW, 2015.
Flower & Plants: All flowers have different life spans and Flower lane & co are not responsible if your flowers do not last as long as you wanted. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your plant or flower order, please send us images and a description via email email@example.com within within 48 hours. In this instance, refund or replacement may be considered. Please note, we can always decipher if the flower has been of bad quality or simply not followed our care instructions. If the recipient has not followed the appropriate care instructions available on our website, they do not fall under the same category as bad quality stock and a refund will not be offered.
Flower lane & co do not offer refunds if you simply believe the product is of a different size/style/colour/flowers to what you had imagined. – If ever you have questions about what flowers will be featured or what size the product will be for a particular day, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org before placing your order.
Non perishable products: For all other non perishable products you have 28 days from receipt to notify us if you wish to return or exchange your item. We can only accept refunds for items in a new, unused condition and in their original packaging. Refunds will only be issued to the card used for the original purchase. Return of items must be arranged by the customer.
We cannot refund sale items.
If your item is damaged or faulty please contact us immediately and upon return the goods will be inspected and a refund made using the same payment method. Excluding faulty or damaged goods returns, delivery costs will not be refunded.
Gift Voucher: Please note that gift vouchers cannot be returned.
Reschedule & Cancellation: Please notify us at least 10 business days prior to the workshop date if you wish to cancel or reschedule. A fee of $25 (terrarium workshop) & $35 (flower arrangement workshop) will apply for a rescheduling within 10 business days prior to the original workshop date booked.
No Show: There are no refunds for cancellations or no-shows on the workshop date, however a pick-up for class material can be arranged.

When you purchase something from our store, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. You can request to view this information at any time.
Email marketing: With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
Our store is hosted on SHOPIFY. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
When you click on links on our store, they may direct you away from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.
