All flowers are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute a product of equivalent value and quality without notice.

All Products on this website are available to the Sydney postcodes listed only, or available for collection free of charge.

Some products, flowers and plants may be harmful or poisonous, if you require further information before submitting an order please contact us

Before placing your order, please ensure that you have included full name and address details of the intended recipient. We cannot accept responsibility for items not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information provided.

Our delivery service is currently only within Sydney area. Please click here to see postcodes we currently deliver to.

We deliver every day between 9am and 2pm Monday to Friday.

We do not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays, unless for Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day.

All same day deliveries must be ordered before 12pm.

We do not offer specific delivery timeslots. If you need your delivery for a specific time, please contact us. There may be an additional charge for this service.

In case of delivery to certain locations where a third party is involved, such as offices, hospitals, airports, hotels etc, the signature of any person authorised to accept delivery on behalf of the organisation shall be accepted as proof of delivery to your chosen recipient.

Please note that we are only responsible for delivering to the address provided. We regret that where goods have been correctly delivered we cannot accept responsibility if the intended recipient has moved, or lives elsewhere, or refuses item.


By using our delivery service, you agree to let our drivers use their best professional judgment as to whether or not the flowers can be safely left at the delivery address should no one be there to receive them. We can hold no liability for the flowers from this point on.

If a delivery has been attempted unsuccessfully and requires a second or subsequent delivery to be made (e.g. You have provided us with an incorrect address or no one is home during delivery time and there is no safe place to leave the order). The recipient is welcome to collect the flowers from our studio (free of charge) or you we can re-deliver the flowers for you (there is a $15 charge involved). If Flower Lane & Co is in any way responsible for the redelivery, this redelivery fee will not apply.


All Click and Collect orders must be placed by 12pm (Mon - Fri) for same day collection. Please allow 1 hour from the time of ordering for the goods to be made available. The Click and Collect service is available Monday to Friday. The collection point is Flower Lane & Co - Shop 1, 574 Botany Road, Alexandria, NSW, 2015.


We work with a variety of blooms, some more delicate in nature than others and the life expectancy of our flowers is 3-5 days. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your plant or flower order, please contact us within 24 hours by phone or email.  Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we can only provide a replacement or refund if the complaint is made within 24 hours of the delivery being received. Any complaints with regards to quality issues with plants must be made within 48 hours for refund, otherwise a Credit Note to the same value will be issued.

For all other non perishable products you have 28 days from receipt to notify us if you wish to return or exchange your item. We can only accept refunds for items in a new, unused condition and in their original packaging.

Return of items must be arranged by the customer.

We cannot refund sale items.

If your item is damaged or faulty please contact us immediately and upon return the goods will be inspected and a refund made using the same payment method. Excluding faulty or damaged goods returns, delivery costs will not be refunded.

Products should be returned in the same condition as when they were delivered with the original packaging intact. Refunds will only be issued to the card used for the original purchase.

Please note that gift vouchers cannot be returned.



When you purchase something from our store, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. You can request to view this information at any time.

Email marketing: With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.


When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. 
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.


If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, at anytime, by contacting us at info@flowerlaneandco.com.au


We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.


Our store is hosted on SHOPIFY. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. 


When you click on links on our store, they may direct you away from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.
