Yes. You are always welcome to pop in for flowers, terrarium, plants, gift and more. Our friendly staff is always here to provide you assistance on picking the right items for you.
Yes, just select your desired delivery date and we’ll keep track of your flower order and will deliver on your selected date.
Yes we sure do. Simply purchase online and select 2 time slot -"Alexandria store store pick up 9am-11pm" or "Alexandria store store pick up 11am-1pm". It is free of charge.
Yes we do! Orders for same day delivery must be placed before 12PM AEST. There is no extra charge for same day flower deliveries.
Our standard delivery service offers delivery before 5pm on the selected delivery date. Need it urgently? please contact us on 02 8960 4223 for the delivery fee.
Our flowers are always wet-wrapped so they will last out of water for some time. However, some properties do not allow for the flowers to be left safely; apartments, for example. In the event your flowers cannot be delivered, then they will be returned to our store. The recipient is welcome to collect the flowers from our studio (free of charge) or you we can re-deliver the flowers for you (there is a $15 charge involved). All major credit cards and PayPal. If you require an invoice for tax purposes, we send this automatically with your Fig & Bloom order confirmation email.
The delivery charge depends on the location you are sending to. We personally hand deliver all flowers direct to the recipient and prices start at $15. We need the recipient’s address before we can quote your delivery fee. After you have entered the recipient’s address into the checkout you will see the delivery fee.
Return & refund
Flower Lane & Co always tried to source the very best product for our customers. Our reputation depends on it. However, we are dealing with an organic product and on rare occasions this product may not meet expectations. Please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy.
To ensure your safety, non-slip enclosed shoes are highly recommended to be worn to all workshops.
All of our workshops is suitable for complete beginners, no experience necessary.
If you have a group of 8 or more, a private session can be booked, either host in our studio at Alexandria or at your venue. Click here to find out more.
Please notify us at least 10 days prior to workshop date if you wish to cancel or reschedule. If sufficient notice is received, we will find a mutually suitable time for you to transfer to another workshop (number permitting).
As we are dealing with fresh materials, a fee of $50 will be applied for rescheduling within 10 days prior to original workshop date booked.
No refund will be applicable for any cancellations or no shows on the workshop date. However, you can organise a time to collect your workshop flowers. Please note that flowers can only be kept for collection until close of business day after your workshop.
