Wedding package terms & conditions

        1. Our wedding delivery service is available Monday - Sunday. 

        2. For flower arch purchase, price include arch hire, arch set up & pack down fee, chiffon hire. 

        3. We cannot guarantee any specific flower varieties or specific bouquet styles. We use seasonal blooms and create designs in the signature Flower lane & co style. 

        4. For fresh flower wedding delivery: all items inclusive of bouquets, buttonholes, corsage, flower arch and table arrangement must be to a single address within our delivery zone. Multiple deliveries can be organised, please email us for the cost. 

        5. All orders for wedding flowers must be received at least 28 days in advance of your wedding date. Need it urgently, please contact us by info@flowerlaneandco.com.au

        6. If you cancel your wedding for any reason and you provide at least four weeks’ notice, we will refund 75% of your payment. Please note that you will not be entitled to any refund if you cancel within four weeks of the agreed delivery date.

        7. If the date of your weddings changes, please contact us as soon as possible via email to see if we are available on your new date. 

        8. If you book your wedding flowers on a date that we are unable to fulfilled with any reason, we will refund 100% of your wedding.
